Error : The WinRM client cannot process the request


You can get this error (Figures below) when you start Exchange Management Console even Exchange Management Shell, mostly this will happen the first launch after installtion. This generally due to a misconfiguration or mis-installtion of WinRM IIS Extention feature.

So in order to fix it, sometimes you have to do several steps. Below, some of verification and/or configuration to do:
-          Uninstall then reinstall WinRM IIS Extention Feature
-          Verify that IIS Admin Service is set to Automatic and it is Running.
-          Execute Winrm quickconfig to ensure that WinRM is configured
-          Ensure that Require SSL is unchecked in the virtual directory "Default Web Site\PowerShell"
