So in order
to fix it, sometimes you have to do several steps. Below, some of verification
and/or configuration to do:

Uninstall
then reinstall WinRM IIS Extention
Feature
-
Verify
that IIS Admin Service is set to Automatic and it is Running.

Execute
Winrm quickconfig to ensure that WinRM is configured
-
Ensure
that Require SSL is unchecked in the virtual directory "Default Web
Site\PowerShell"
